The template license is included — you don't pay anything extra upfront. Third-party service costs (Twilio, Stripe transaction fees, your domain) are paid directly by your practice and not included.
What happens if I cancel the Done For You plan?
You can cancel anytime — there's no long-term contract. If you cancel within your first 12 months and want to keep your site running on your own hosting, a one-time $1,299 template license fee applies. After 12 months, you can take full ownership of your site files at no additional charge.
Can I upgrade from Template Only to Done For You later?
Yes. If you buy the Template Only license and later decide you'd prefer managed hosting, we can transition you to the Done For You plan. We'll credit the $1,299 you paid toward your first few months. Contact us to discuss.
What is the Annual Update Subscription for?
