ChiroTemplate is a digital software product. Because you receive immediate access to the source code upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the license key has been delivered.
We will issue a full refund if:

If you have not yet attended your first Zoom session and contact us within 7 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.
Once the first Zoom session has taken place, the purchase is non-refundable. You will retain access to the full source code and setup guide regardless.
Zoom sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
You may cancel at any time — there is no long-term contract. Your site remains active until the end of your current billing period.
If you do not wish to keep the site, no additional fee applies — your site is simply taken offline at the end of the billing period.
After 12 consecutive months on the Done For You plan, you may cancel and take full ownership of your site files at no additional charge. We will provide the complete source code and assist with a one-time handoff to your own Netlify + Supabase accounts.
The standard setup fee ($399) is currently waived for new subscribers. If a setup fee was collected and your site was never launched due to inaction on our part, the setup fee will be refunded.
Email support@wellspringweb.com with "Cancel Done For You" in the subject line. We will confirm cancellation within one business day and process any applicable ownership transfer.
The Annual Update Subscription is non-refundable after updates for that subscription year have been delivered. If no updates have yet been delivered in the current subscription year, a refund may be requested within 30 days of renewal.
